These terms cover your use of pellora.ai. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is for
This site tells med spa owners about Pellora's services and lets you request a free Missed Patient Audit or a call. Any paid work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
2. The free Missed Patient Audit
The audit is free and there's no obligation. To run it, we may test your business like a new patient would, for example by calling, filling in your web form or sending a message. By requesting an audit, you agree to these test contacts. Audit findings are our opinion, based on what we see at the time. They are not a promise of results.
3. No guarantee of results
We share facts about our approach and about the GymMembersNow partner system. Results from that partner system are its results, not Pellora's own client results. Your results depend on your business, market and many other things. Any service guarantee we offer will be written into your agreement.
4. Pricing
Pricing is shared on a call and set out in your agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer at a set price.
5. Using the site
Please don't:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or our systems;
- copy or scrape the site's content for commercial use;
- submit false information or someone else's details without their permission.
6. Our content
The site's text, design, logos and graphics belong to Pellora or our partners and licensors. GymMembersNow and other brand names are the property of their owners and are used to describe our partnership or their results. You may not reuse our content without written permission.
7. Messages and AI
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, our SMS Terms apply. Some messages from us are written or sent with the help of AI tools and say they come from an assistant. You can ask for a person at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
9. Links to other sites
We may link to other sites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site.
