This policy explains what information we collect when you use pellora.ai or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our form, book a call, email, call or text us, we collect what you share, such as your name, business name, type of business, email, mobile number, number of locations, website and anything you write to us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our hosting and analytics tools may collect basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit. At launch we use our hosting provider (Vercel) for the site and standard server logs only. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or other marketing cookies on this site.

Information from your business (clients only). If you become a client, we may handle your customers' contact details and messages so we can run services for you. We handle that data on your behalf and under our agreement with you.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to you, run your free Missed Patient Audit and set up a call.
  • To send texts and emails you agreed to receive.
  • To provide, run and improve our services.
  • To keep our site and systems secure.
  • To meet legal obligations.

3. Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about your audit, your call and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for details.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send messages (such as our messaging platform and carriers).

4. AI-assisted messages

Some of our replies by text, chat, email or phone are written or sent with the help of AI tools. These messages say they come from an assistant. You can ask for a person at any time.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only:

  • with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, messaging, email, scheduling and CRM tools), who may use it only to provide services to us;
  • if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public;
  • as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Lead and contact information from this site is typically kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or longer if the law or our accounting needs require it. Client and patient-related data we handle for clients is kept under our agreement with that client and applicable law.

7. Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP at any time.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link, or email team@pellora.ai.
  • Access, correction or deletion: email team@pellora.ai and we'll respond as required by the laws that apply to you. Some US states give residents extra rights, such as the right to know, correct or delete personal information. For example, California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. 8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure.

9. Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Health information

We do not ask for health information through this site. We do not collect patient health information through this public site. If you become a client and we handle patient contact lists or messages for you, we treat that information as sensitive, we act as a Business Associate where HIPAA requires it, and we will use a Business Associate Agreement before that kind of data moves.
